Your plan includes a fixed monthly credit allowance — Starter (120 credits), Growth (360 credits), Pro (900 credits). Credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.

No. Credits reset each billing cycle and unused credits do not roll over. If you regularly run out before the end of the month, consider upgrading to the next plan.

Yes. You can cancel from your account settings at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again after cancellation.

You will not be able to generate new stagings or videos until your credits reset at the start of your next billing cycle. You can upgrade your plan at any time to get more credits immediately.

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Homai never stores your card details — all billing data is handled entirely by Stripe.
